To discover a place where all their dental needs can be met

By highlighting the painless experience of a multidisciplinary dental practice.

The idea

People fear dentists and feel overwhelmed about needing to visit different specialists. Dental Place offers a streamlined solution where the specialists come to the clinic, providing the customers with a familiar and comfortable environment on each visit.

During my time in Dental Place we launched several campaigns that aimed to reduce the fear, and improve brand perception including:

  • #SonrisaDentalPlace aimed to increase UGC

  • Meet the Staff aimed to improve trustworthiness by introducing people to the current staff working in the practice.

  • Cuéntanos aimed to increase engagement by asking peoples thoughts and opinions

  • Regala una sonrisa aimed to improve word-of-mouth referrals and purchases of gift cards

  • Seasonal campaigns, promos, and giveaways.

The brand personality evokes positive emotions in people, aligning the brand with a good experience in their lives instead of focusing on the services and procedures happening in the clinic and highlighting the benefits of regular dental visits.

My role:

  • Creating social media strategy and management. 

  • Designing and copywriting website and social media content, increasing followers while improving engagement rates.

  • Writing monthly blog posts with information such as tips and tricks, tips and tricks, testimonials, procedure breakdowns, interviews with staff, and more. Increasing the appointments made via the website and decreasing out-of-office hours calls with questions. 

  • Creation of marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns. 

  • Write and copy edit messages for social media, website, emails, on-site materials, advertising, press releases, customer support, and office signage. 

  • Implement SEO-driven copy, moving from the 5th to the 1st result page in google search

  • Capture photography and video content of events, day-to-day activities, and events. 

  • Copywriting and designing informational content for the waiting room, highlighting seasonal information, tips, fun facts, and services. This helped people stay focused on something during their waiting time, reducing anxiety and improving their overall experience.
